2. Products & Digital Content
All books, courses, and clinical programs purchased through this site are for personal or organizational use only. Digital products are non-transferable and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside your organization without written permission from PACT MATTERS, LLC.
3. Refund Policy
Physical books may be returned within 30 days of receipt in unused condition for a full refund minus shipping. Digital products and course enrollments are non-refundable once accessed. For questions, contact us at info@pactmatters.com.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, course materials, and the PACT and COLSSP methodologies — is the intellectual property of PACT MATTERS, LLC and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Certification Programs
Certification credentials (including COLSSP) are issued upon successful completion of all program requirements as determined by PACT MATTERS, LLC. We reserve the right to modify program requirements with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
6. Limitation of Liability
PACT MATTERS, LLC provides educational content for informational and professional development purposes. Clinical decisions should always be made in consultation with qualified medical professionals. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from the application of our educational materials.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
