Return & Refund Policy

At PACT MATTERS, LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our consulting services, training programs, certifications, and educational materials. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Consulting Services

All consulting engagements are customized to the specific needs of each client. As such, fees for consulting services are non-refundable once an engagement has commenced. If you need to reschedule or cancel a consultation prior to the start date, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of any deposit or prepaid fees.

Training, Certification & Webinar Programs

• •Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
• •Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.
• •Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.
• •Substitutions of attendees are permitted at any time at no additional charge with prior written notice.

Books & Physical Educational Materials

• •Unopened/unused physical materials may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
• •Opened or used materials are non-refundable.
• •Items damaged during shipping must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photographic documentation. A replacement will be issued at no charge.

Digital Products & Downloadable Resources

All digital products, downloadable templates, guides, and online course materials are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Membership Plans

• •Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the month.
• •Annual memberships cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided no membership resources have been accessed. After 14 days, annual memberships are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal.

Conference & Event Registrations

• •Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
• •Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• •Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.
• •Registrations are transferable to another attendee with written notice.
• •In the event PACT MATTERS, LLC cancels or postpones an event, registrants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
